What You’ll Be Doing:
- Rolling out high-quality artwork across wayfinding signage, aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Translating complex messaging data into clear, consistent signage for a wide range of venues and audiences.
- Using automation tools to streamline production and reduce manual error.
- Managing assets with meticulous attention to version control, file naming, and delivery tracking.
- Collaborating with planners to align messaging, layouts, and delivery timelines.
- Flagging potential issues early and helping to solve them with a proactive mindset.
- Supporting quality checks to ensure compliance with artwork specs and print standards.
- Assisting with visual assets for internal decks, reports, and manuals when needed.
Main Skills Needed:
- Expert-level Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills — styles, layers, master pages, and precise formatting.
- Strong design-for-production know-how, with a sharp eye for detail.
- Organised, methodical, and comfortable managing high volumes of artwork.
- Great communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
- Bonus: experience in wayfinding, signage systems, or event branding.
- Bonus: familiarity with tools like SignAgent, Quest, or automation/scripting platforms.
