Industry: Property Services / Fire Safety
- Carrying out scheduled fire door inspections across multiple residential and commercial sites.
- Completing detailed reports using digital tools and software.
- Flagging and documenting any defects, wear or compliance issues, following up on actions.
- Keeping accurate records of all inspections and findings.
- Working closely with site managers, contractors and residents to maintain clear communication.
- Staying up to date with fire safety regulations, standards and training requirements.
- Supporting wider fire safety audits and contributing to continuous improvement.
- Attending workshops and training sessions to further develop your knowledge.
- Background in fire door inspection or broader fire safety (preferred, not essential).
- Sharp attention to detail and an eye for potential safety risks.
- Confident communicator — written, verbal and digital.
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple inspection schedules.
- Proactive, adaptable and self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
- Comfortable using technology for reporting and record keeping.
