Sourcing Manager – EMEA

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Lead sourcing strategy for pre-owned tech across UK and EMEA markets.
· Build and manage supplier partnerships with robust commercial and compliance terms.
· Balance short-term deals with long-term fulfilment needs for major clients.
· Negotiate pricing using market insight to ensure strong margins across all grades.
· Collaborate across regions to manage supply chain risk and product availability.
Main Skills Needed:
· Proven experience sourcing used mobile devices (Phones, Laptops, iPads etc.) globally
· Strong commercial background in tech or telco sourcing and procurement.
· Skilled negotiator with a deep understanding of device grading and compliance (e.g. FMI, Knox).
· Strong knowledge of supply chain best practice.
· Financially savvy with experience managing budgets and supplier costs.
· Confident communicator — able to influence senior stakeholders and suppliers
