Role Overview:
- Role: SAP System Administrator
- Package: $30- $60 per hour
- Location: Remote-based, candidates must be based in the Mountain Time (MT) Zone
- Contract Length: Minimum of 6 months with potential for extension OR permanent
- Industry: Technology/Advanced Manufacturing
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Configure, maintain, and support SAP ERP applications across all key modules.
- Manage system changes, user-acceptance testing, and deployments in collaboration with business teams.
- Oversee user management, access controls, audits, and compliance procedures.
- Monitor system performance, applying upgrades, patches, and disaster recovery best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical and data issues, providing solutions or training as needed.
- Own the SAP change request process, ensuring documentation, approvals, and compliance.
- Stay current on S4/HANA developments and advise on best use across business functions.
- Contribute to global strategy discussions on SAP usage for supply chain, finance, production, and integrations.
Main Skills Needed:
- Bachelor’s degree, plus 5+ years in IT with at least 3 years implementing SAP S4/HANA solutions end-to-end.
- Full Driver's License ;Access to a vehicle.
- Strong experience with SAP business analysis, architecture, interfaces, and batch processing.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality.
- (Nice to have) Master’s/MBA, SAP certifications, and a track record of career progression.
