What you’ll be doing:
- Welcome customers and guide them through storage options to help them find the best solution for their needs
- Build strong relationships by responding to queries in person, via email, and over the phone, ensuring every customer leaves confident and satisfied with the service
- Support a variety of tasks including basic marketing, administration, and light facilities or maintenance work, all within a collaborative and supportive team environment
Main Skills/ Requirements:
- Experience in a consultative sales environment is essential
- Telesales background is a strong advantage, or must be comfortable making regular outbound and inbound calls
- Able to seamlessly transition between phone-based and face-to-face customer interactions, adapting communication style accordingly
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with customers, colleagues, and senior leadership
- Must reside within a 30-minute commute of the store location
