Looking to take ownership of driving growth in a forward-thinking tech business? This role puts you at the front of a high-performing Managed Service Provider, focused on winning new clients and shaping long-term partnerships.

Role Overview:

·         Location: London (Hybrid)

·         Package: £40,000–60,000 + Strong Commission

·         Industry: Managed Services / IT Solutions

What You’ll Be Doing:

·         Researching the market and generating leads through networking, events, and digital channels.

·         Building strong relationships with decision-makers and understanding their challenges.

·         Positioning tailored MSP, cloud, and cybersecurity solutions as the right fit.

·         Leading prospects through the full sales cycle, from first contact to signed contract.

·         Creating and delivering compelling proposals and sales strategies with support from technical and marketing teams.

·         Negotiating commercial terms to balance client needs with business goals.

·         Keeping ahead of market trends and feeding insights back to shape offerings.

·         Consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious sales targets.

Main Skills Needed:

·         Proven success in new business sales, ideally within MSP or IT services.

·         Knowledge of managed services, cloud, and/or cybersecurity.

·         Confident communicator with excellent influencing skills.

·         Strategic thinker who can create and execute strong sales plans.

·         Driven, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.

·         CRM proficiency for managing pipeline and reporting.
