Role Overview:
- Location: Watford (3 days per week in office)
- Package: £85,000 - £90,000 + benefits

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own and deliver the test strategy for retail and corporate systems, covering the full software development lifecycle.
- Lead and coordinate all testing across retail terminals, business systems, and vendor solutions.
- Manage and maintain in-house test labs to ensure high-quality system validation.
- Produce clear reporting on quality KPIs, forecasting trends, and ensuring visibility of progress.
- Champion innovation in testing practices, including the use of automation and AI-driven approaches.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure robust and efficient test outcomes

- Proven experience managing testing across retail and/or corporate business systems.
- Strong track record of delivering test strategies and measuring success against quality KPIs.
- Skilled in balancing priorities and delivering under pressure.
- Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience leading and mentoring high-performing QA or test teams.
