Role Overview:
- Location: Hertfordshire (3 days per week in office)

- Analyse requirements, designs and architecture with a quality lens and give clear feedback.
- Shape testing approaches in collaboration with QA Leads and project teams.
- Identify opportunities for automation and improvements to QA processes.
- Carry out test analysis, design and execution, logging defects and reporting progress.
- Support QA Leads and share specialist knowledge with the wider team.
- Ensure compliance with QA processes and contribute to tooling research.
- Build strong domain knowledge across complex financial and gaming systems.
- At least 2 years’ experience in QA, ideally within financial systems.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and risk-based testing.
- Hands-on with SQL, Putty, Postman, Windows and Unix environments.
- Confident using Jira, TestRail, Confluence (or similar).
- Strong background in requirements validation, test environments and data management.
- ISTQB or equivalent certification preferred.
- Excellent communicator with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Work on projects that directly impact funds for good causes across the UK.
