Role Overview:
- Location: Hybrid, with regular client site travel (3 days per week)
- Package: Competitive salary + bonus + security clearance support

- Leading complex software delivery projects across agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments
- Owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting — ensuring projects land successfully
- Acting as the key client contact from planning through to go-live
- Building trusted relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
- Driving revenue and margin performance across your projects
- Partnering with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape, price, and win new business
- Leading internal and external teams, mentoring others, and developing talent
- Ensuring delivery aligns with client contracts, licensing, and capability boundaries
- Championing the brand and delivering continuous value across accounts
- Strong track record delivering IT and software projects in consulting or services settings
- Deep understanding of governance, commercials, and delivery metrics
- Comfortable working across Agile (ideally SAFe), hybrid, and traditional models
- Excellent client relationship skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
- Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and navigating delivery complexity
- Experience working with UK government clients and secure environments
- Ability to support pre-sales, shape SoWs, and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams
- Eligible for (or already hold) high-level UK Security Clearance
