What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the full production cycle for signage and dressing — from planning through to installation.
- Building production schedules that align with client timelines and reporting on progress.
- Defining material specs and production methods alongside design and engineering teams.
- Coordinating with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to keep things moving.
- Ensuring quality standards are met, risks are managed, and budget controls are in place.
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal teams and clients throughout the process.
- Overseeing data input and documentation through platforms like Quest and job bag systems.
- Supporting sustainability initiatives and ensuring materials meet environmental goals.
Main Skills Needed:
- Experience managing production of printed and fabricated assets at scale.
- Solid knowledge of materials, installation methods, and supply chain logistics.
- Sharp scheduling and coordination skills — you’ll be across every moving part.
- Confidence with budgets, risk management, and reporting.
- Strong communicator — able to juggle internal teams, suppliers, and client expectations.
- Proficiency with production systems and data accuracy (Quest experience is a bonus).
- A mindset for problem-solving, quality control, and continuous improvement.
