Job Description

One of the world’s biggest sporting events is coming to the US — and this is your chance to play a key role behind the scenes. You’ll be leading the delivery of high-impact branding and signage across key non-competition venues, keeping everything on track and on brief from planning through to post-event wrap-up.


Role Overview:

  • Location: Charlotte, NC

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Managing multiple non-competition venues — from media hubs to hospitality spaces — across the full project lifecycle
  • Scoping sites, defining infrastructure needs, and translating plans into clear, actionable documentation
  • Creating detailed scope books aligned with operational and brand guidelines
  • Owning budgets: tracking spend, managing costs, and ensuring financial transparency
  • Overseeing production and logistics for all venue branding and signage
  • Leading installation on-site, ensuring everything is delivered to spec, on time, and with minimal fuss
  • Acting as the main point of contact across the teams, local stakeholders, and vendors
  • Using the Quest system to manage data, track milestones, and keep everything running smoothly
  • Handling post-event breakdown and inventory closeout, ensuring full wrap-up reporting is delivered

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven experience managing complex venue operations or major event infrastructure
  • Confident project manager with strong budgeting, logistics, and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Hands-on experience with project tracking tools — Quest or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Calm under pressure, with great on-site troubleshooting instincts
  • Flexible, proactive, and commercially minded
  • Relevant degree (event, sports, project management, etc.) a bonus
