We’re seeking a Marketing & Retail Lead to connect online growth with offline retail success. Acting as the bridge between our brand, agencies, retailers, and platform partners, you’ll drive visibility, sales, and premium placement across both digital and physical channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with retail partners and social media agencies.
- Oversee campaign execution across multiple platforms, ensuring delivery on time and to standard.
- Strengthen partnerships to maximise sales and secure premium retail positioning.
- Leverage data and analytics to optimise performance across TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart, and other platforms.
- Monitor competitor activity, identifying opportunities and adjusting strategies proactively.
- Provide regular performance insights and growth recommendations to leadership.
Skills & Experience
- Proven background in retail partnerships, e-commerce, or marketing management.
- Strong analytical skills with platform expertise (TikTok, Amazon, Walmart, etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Commercially minded with a track record of driving measurable results.
- Passion for consumer technology, gaming, and entertainment.
