Role Overview:
- Location: Canning Town, London (on-site daily)
- Package: Competitive salary.

- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–17:30 (permanent role)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Carrying out carpentry tasks, including door adjustments and repairs
- Painting, decorating, recarpeting and retiling where needed
- Investigating leaks and resolving minor plumbing issues
- Performing routine building maintenance, including flushing outlets and light testing
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong carpentry and woodworking skills
- Proficient in painting and decorating
- Practical plumbing knowledge for minor repairs
- Experience with leak investigations and general maintenance
- Comfortable with compliance checks (fire doors, lighting, water flushing)
