Role Overview:
- Location: Home based, occasional to Gloucester

- Gathering and analysing requirements to define system and process changes
- Mapping business impact and identifying solutions aligned with wider project goals
- Creating BA documentation to support process improvement and operational changes
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver and embed business transformation
- Contributing to governance and transition checkpoints throughout project delivery
- Assessing the success of transformation efforts and adjusting interventions as needed
- Supporting ongoing reporting, risk assessment, and governance activity
- Proven Business Analysis experience across IT transformation programmes
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service management principles
- Comfortable working in agile environments and contributing to operating model design
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience supporting secure or government-led programmes
- Confident in mapping business processes and identifying improvement opportunities
- UK security clearance (active and high-level) is essential
