What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading the end-to-end strategy, planning and delivery of all signage, wayfinding and branding across multiple high-profile venues
- Overseeing day-to-day operations — managing crews, logistics, equipment, and on-site installs
- Acting as the key liaison between internal teams, FIFA stakeholders, and third-party vendors
- Collaborating with designers and creative agencies to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
- Managing multiple teams including Design, Wayfinding, Dressing, and Operations
- Overseeing installation timelines, artwork approvals, and final execution across both competition and non-competition venues
- Ensuring everything runs to plan — from venue readiness to post-event debriefs
- Driving process improvements, managing risk, and ensuring compliance with FIFA brand standards
Main Skills Needed:
- Solid experience leading projects for large-scale global events — ideally 5+ years in live sport or entertainment
- Proven ability to manage design, production, and installation of signage and branding at scale
- Comfortable running operations teams — including crew deployment, transport logistics, and on-site troubleshooting
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills
- Exceptionally organised with sharp attention to detail and a strategic mindset
- Confident working under pressure and juggling competing priorities
- Bonus if you’ve got a relevant degree or project management certifications (PMP, etc.)
