Role Overview:
- Location: Charlotte (with travel to event venues)

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating all stages of functional signage — from order intake to final installation and removal
- Managing timelines and quality across production, warehousing, delivery, and setup
- Collaborating with functional leads, production crews, and logistics teams to stay on track
- Keeping detailed reports on delivery, installation, and dismantling progress
- Overseeing branding and rebranding of official team transport — from concept to wrap
- Creating and managing the budget for bus dressing, ensuring on-time, on-brand execution
- Acting as the go-to for any signage or bus dressing queries across the project
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience managing event signage or logistics at scale — ideally in sports or entertainment
- Familiarity with bus or vehicle branding processes (a plus, but not essential)
- Confident handling complex timelines, inventory, and supplier relationships
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Attention to detail and calm under pressure
- Proficiency with tracking tools like Quest and MS Office
