What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design, build, and maintain secure, highly available digital infrastructure in protected environments
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project teams to develop robust technology solutions that enable fast and safe decision-making
- Support and enhance virtualised, multi-classification environments and cloud SaaS offerings such as Office 365
- Perform routine infrastructure maintenance and system patching following strict security policies
- Monitor, triage, and respond to alerts to ensure system stability and security
- Conduct security assessments and implement improvements for infrastructure resilience
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud, network, and security trends, and pursue relevant certifications
- Provide expert advice to internal teams and external clients on infrastructure topics
- Contribute to winning new business and share knowledge through documentation and training
Main Skills Needed:
- Strong experience with Windows Server, Linux (CentOS, RedHat, Ubuntu), and VMware vSphere/vCenter
- Expertise in cloud platforms such as Azure and Microsoft 365, including administration and security
- Good understanding of networking, automation scripting (Ansible, PowerShell), Kubernetes (TKGI), and DevSecOps tools
- Familiarity with security tools like Nessus and HashiCorp products (Terraform, Vault)
- Ability to work in protectively marked environments and an appreciation of security clearance requirements
- Experience working in Agile teams and with complex infrastructure projects
