What You’ll Be Doing:
- Leading all aspects of venue dressing across four stadiums.
- Managing scoping, planning, and execution of all branding elements — from media zones to VIP lounges.
- Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with global brand standards.
- Owning dressing budgets, installation timelines, and site logistics end-to-end
- Leading a cross-functional team including venue and install managers, and working closely with contractors.
- Ensuring sustainable practices and material reuse are embedded into dressing plans.
- Overseeing de-rig, post-event reporting, and legacy planning for visual assets.
- Acting as the key point of contact for all things dressing — from suppliers to senior leadership.
Main Skills Needed:
- Proven experience leading branding or venue dressing for large-scale sports or entertainment events.
- Strong project management skills with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach.
- Budget management experience across complex, multi-site projects.
- Confident team leadership and supplier coordination skills.
- Familiarity with installation techniques, substrates, and venue compliance.
- Comfortable working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Passion for brand consistency, visual impact, and fan experience.
- Understanding of sustainability in live event environments.
