We’re partnering with a leading technology organisation to appoint an experienced Campaign Lead specialising in Cyber and Secure Communications.
This is a senior, high-impact opportunity for a recognised domain expert to lead an integrated campaign across Defence, Government and critical infrastructure markets. You’ll bring together customer insight, technical capability, product strategy and market engagement to shape organisational direction and deliver measurable growth.
We’re particularly interested in candidates who combine deep Cyber and Secure Communications knowledge with the leadership, commercial judgement and influencing skills required to align complex cross-functional teams.
The Opportunity
As Campaign Lead, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end domain campaign, establishing its strategy, priorities, positioning and long-term growth objectives.
You’ll operate through influence rather than hierarchy, leading a virtual team spanning account management, marketing, product, engineering, technology, services and technical specialists. You’ll ensure customer missions, emerging threats and organisational capabilities are translated into a clear and executable campaign plan.
As the organisation’s authority within the domain, you’ll provide strategic guidance to senior stakeholders, influence product and technology investment and strengthen the organisation’s long-term position within the Cyber and Secure Communications market.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll lead the development and execution of the campaign by:
- Owning the end-to-end domain strategy, priorities, trade-offs and outcomes.
- Developing and maintaining a multi-year campaign strategy aligned with wider growth objectives.
- Identifying and prioritising target customers, market segments and strategic opportunities.
- Acting as an escalation point for domain-related decisions, priorities and conflicts.
- Providing senior stakeholders with strategic guidance on market direction and investment.
- Maintaining a detailed, evidence-based understanding of customer missions, operational challenges, capability gaps and emerging cyber threats.
- Bringing together insight from account teams, product, marketing, engineering, technology specialists and external sources.
- Leading a cross-functional virtual team and aligning contributors around shared objectives.
- Defining responsibilities, coordinating activity and removing barriers to effective execution.
- Translating Cyber and Secure Communications products, services and technical capabilities into integrated customer solutions.
- Supporting account teams in aligning organisational capabilities with customer missions.
- Using domain insight to inform product roadmaps, capability development and technology investment.
- Identifying capability gaps and helping to shape future investment priorities.
- Working with Marketing to develop clear positioning, customer value propositions, go-to-market strategy and activation plans.
- Shaping customer demand and influencing future requirements.
- Enabling account teams to identify and progress opportunities aligned with campaign priorities.
- Supporting strategic pursuits where specialist domain leadership adds value.
About You
You’ll be a recognised specialist within Cyber and Secure Communications, with the strategic and commercial capability to turn domain insight into coordinated action and measurable growth.
You will also have:
- Deep knowledge of the Cyber and Secure Communications domain, including relevant customer missions, operational challenges and emerging needs.
- An understanding of cyber resilience, secure high-assurance communications and the protection of critical digital environments.

- The ability to translate customer and market insight into strategic direction and investment priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
