They work with some of the world’s biggest names to bring ideas to life, and they’re now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to help fuel their next stage of growth.


Role Overview:

  • Location: Orpington (hybrid with travel)
  • Package: £35,000 - £40,000 + bonus + benefits
  • Industry: Live events, experiential marketing, brand activations

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving new business across high-value prospects, new sectors, and existing clients.
  • Opening doors with your network and building strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
  • Leading pitches and proposals, supported by a talented project and leadership team.
  • Shaping commercial strategy and contributing to client reviews and reporting.
  • Managing a live new business pipeline and accurately tracking client activity.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client needs to deliver standout solutions.
  • Generating revenue through both new wins and cross-selling into existing accounts.

Main Skills Needed:

  • Proven track record in business development and client management.
  • Experience winning pitches and bringing in high-value briefs.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, energetic approach.
  • Confident presenting and engaging at senior stakeholder level.
  • Strong knowledge of the live events, sponsorship, or brand marketing landscape.
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Collaborative, down-to-earth, and team-focused.
