What You’ll Be Doing:

Partnering with clients to understand challenges, objectives, and operational gaps

Analysing business processes through mapping, documentation, and gap analysis
-
Supporting the design and delivery of process improvements that drive efficiency
-
Working across both Agile and Waterfall environments to deliver change
-
Translating complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations
-
Building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
-
Adapting quickly to shifting priorities and navigating ambiguity with confidence
Main Skills Needed:
-
Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within a consulting or complex environment
-
Strong process mapping, documentation, and analytical capabilities
-
Understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders
-
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive and adaptable approach
-
Experience within logistics, supply chain, or parcels sectors (desirable)
-
Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
