Role Overview:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Scoping and planning dressing for buses and various non-competition venues across the US.
- Creating clear and detailed scope books for each location and supplier.
- Managing budgets and ensuring financial control across all assigned projects.
- Inputting and updating data in the client’s Quest system to keep everything on track.
- Overseeing production and logistics, from supplier coordination to material deliveries.
- Leading on-site installation, ensuring all signage, branding and infrastructure is up to spec.
- Handling dismantling and wrap-up post-event, with full reporting and reconciliation.
- Acting as the go-to contact between internal teams, suppliers, and venue stakeholders.
- Providing real-time problem-solving and support throughout the tournament period.
Main Skills Needed:
- Solid event or venue operations experience (3+ years ideally on large-scale events).
- Strong planning, budgeting, and logistics coordination capabilities.
- Confident producing and managing detailed technical documentation.
- Comfortable using project management tools (Quest experience is a plus).
- Clear communicator with a proactive, solutions-first mindset.
- Able to travel and work flexibly — evenings, weekends, and on-site when needed.
