We’re looking for a mid-weight multi-disciplinary designer to join our in-house studio, embedded closely with our Growth squad. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be working at the heart of our growth engine, designing across campaigns, tests and always-on activity that directly contribute to acquisition, activation and engagement.
You’ll be an all-rounder, comfortable working across a full range of design disciplines, from digital and motion to print and brand, bringing Allica’s distinctive creative platform to life in ways that cut through and perform.
Working across a fast-moving pipeline of briefs, you’ll collaborate closely with marketing managers, copywriters and growth marketers to create standout, effective design work that not only looks great, but drives measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone with strong design capability who enjoys working at pace, testing ideas, and seeing their work make a tangible impact on business performance and who is curious about how emerging tools, including AI, can enhance creative output and workflows.
What you’ll be doing
- Designing across a broad mix of formats including digital, paid social, OOH, video, print, presentations, events, sponsorship activations and merchandise.
- Working closely with the Growth team to develop and execute creative across campaigns, experiments and conversion journeys, from initial concept through to live performance.
- Bringing concepts to life through thoughtful motion design where appropriate (campaign assets, social content, product experiences).
- Creating high-quality design assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on speed, iteration and output.
- Contributing to rapid testing cycles, iterating on creative based on performance data and feedback.
- Working within, and helping evolve, Allica’s brand guidelines to ensure consistency, distinctiveness and cut-through across all channels.
- Managing multiple briefs simultaneously, prioritising effectively in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
- Collaborating closely with a wide set of stakeholders and external partners (e.g. production, media, print).
- Contributing ideas, references and creative thinking to continually raise the quality and effectiveness of our output.
What we’re looking for
- A strong design capability across static and motion graphics, confident bringing movement and energy to static assets where appropriate.
- Solid foundational design skills across digital and print, with the ability to produce high-quality, distinctive work at pace.
- High proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere).
- A versatile portfolio that demonstrates creativity, craft and range, ideally including campaign and performance-driven work.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment, where priorities shift and iteration is constant.
- A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with marketers, writers and growth teams.
- Strong attention to detail alongside the ability to move quickly and pragmatically.
- Curiosity about how AI and emerging creative tools can enhance design workflows, improve efficiency, and unlock new creative possibilities.
- Experience in financial services or a fast-growth business or agency (preferred but not essential).
